Once you are a customer with Puritan Springs Water, you will be set up on a regularly scheduled water delivery. At Puritan Springs, we pride ourselves on our hassle-free service. You can set up your water delivery schedule to where you simply set your empty bottles on your doorstep (much like a milkman) and by the time you come home, you have new, full water bottles.

This order will be charged to your Puritans Springs account and will appear on your next billing statement. Please review your statement and contact a Customer Service Representative at 800-292-2992 with any questions or concerns.
Your account must be current and in good standing.
All delivered products are subject to a "Fuel Surcharge" per delivery.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full credit.
You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of returning your order.
If you need to return an item, simply call 800-292-2992. Give the Customer Service Representative your account number and product information that you would like to return. We will then schedule a Route Sales Representative to pickup your return order on your next route delivery day.
